Each film coated tablet contains:
- Calcium Orotate-400 mg
- Zinc Sulphate-20 mg
- Magnesium Oxide-100 mg
- MenaQuinone-50 mcg
Ingredients: Starch, Talcum, Calcium orotate, Zinc sulphate, Magnesium oxide, Menaquinone, MCCP, Sodium starch glycolate, Crospovidone, Magnesium stearate, Lactose, HPMC, Ethylcellulose, PVPK30 & Titanium Dioxide.
Recommendation: take 1 to 2 Tablet Daily after meals or as directed by the dietician.
Overages of vitamin added to compensate loss on storage.

Possible Side Effects:
1. Calcium Orotate:

Rare: Hypercalcemia (excess calcium in the blood) if taken in very high doses, leading to symptoms like nausea, vomiting, excessive thirst, frequent urination, or confusion.
2. Zinc Sulphate:

Common: Nausea, stomach pain, metallic taste, vomiting (especially if taken on an empty stomach).

Rare: Allergic reactions such as rash or itching.
3. Magnesium Oxide:

Common: Diarrhea or loose stools, stomach cramps.
